DEI Power Solutions delivers electrical products and engineered systems that align with Made in America standards and support compliance with both Build America, Buy America (BABA) and Buy American Act (BAA) domestic preference requirements for federal and federally assisted infrastructure programs.
Our U.S.-based manufacturing and assembly ensure that iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials are produced in the United States—helping public and private sector customers meet domestic content procurement preferences under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and related federal procurements.
B.A.A. Compliant
Buy American Act (BAA) and what it means for you
The Buy American Act (BAA) requires that federal agencies give preference to domestic end products and construction materials in direct federal procurement, with certain domestic content and manufacturing thresholds.
Unlike BABA (which applies broadly to federally funded infrastructure projects), BAA applies to direct federal purchases by government agencies. Products that qualify under BAA typically must be manufactured in the U.S. and meet domestic component thresholds defined in federal procurement regulations.
DEI’s domestic manufacturing footprint reinforces our ability to support both BAA and BABA requirements—giving federal buyers and infrastructure partners confidence in sourcing electrical equipment that aligns with U.S. domestic preference laws.
