For Intel, Mazzuca Contracting ordered 1200A switchboards in two rounds: the first went to the engineer of record for review in July 2026, and the second was placed as an expedite in September 2026.
The first order is 1200A UL 891 low-voltage switchboard equipment at 415Y/240V with aluminum bus, 65 kAIC and NEMA 1, built around a Siemens 3VA 1200A main with an LSIG trip unit and LSI feeders, together with a 225A panelboard at 208Y/120V. The second order is a 1200A main-lug-only UL 891 low-voltage switchboard at 208Y/120V with copper bus, Siemens 3VA LSI feeders, 65 kAIC and NEMA 1.

The 1200A copper-bus board was ordered in September 2026; engineering released it 8 days later, it was ready to ship on day 17 and shipped on day 20. The first order has cleared assembly and is in packaging as of September 2026.
A 1200A switchboard went from order to shipment in under three weeks for a semiconductor manufacturer, within a six-figure program for one contractor.
